On 25 May 2018, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) will come into force. The GDPR will apply to all 28 Member States of the European Union, including the UK (despite Brexit). This is the most significant update to European data protection law in the past 25 years and significantly raises the bar in terms of accountability, compliance, rights and penalties. This is the first in a series of infographics which aim to provide you with an overview of the incoming changes and how they will affect you and your business.
