GL Law achieves ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System certification
We are pleased to announce that GL Law has achieved ISO 9001:2015 certification, joining a select group of law firms who meet ISO standards.
The ISO 9001 standard demonstrates that GL Law meets the needs of customers and stakeholders with a robust framework in place to maintain excellence and facilitate effective improvement within the firm.
One of the key aspects highlighted by the auditors was GL Law’s robust leadership with a clear management structure, decision making, and authorisation process. The firm’s approach to employee engagement also impressed, particularly the use of staff intranet ‘The Hub’, which enables excellent levels of staff communication and transparency, promoting engagement and trust within the firm.
