Gregg Latchams selected to deliver Start & Grow Webinars
Gregg Latchams has been selected by Business West to deliver a series of webinars on legal issues, as part of its Start and Grow programme.
The series of four, one-hour webinars will cover:
- Shares and shareholders, articles of association vs. shareholders’ agreements and directors’ duties and powers;
- Hiring and firing employees, freelancers and consultants;
- Terms and conditions, protecting intellectual property, confidentiality, data protection and online compliance; and
- Consumer law
