Launch of our new website and visual identity
Following many months of consultation, planning and development, we are delighted to unveil our new website and visual identity.
As the first major brand refresh since the merger of Gregg Latchams Quinn and Wadge, Rapps & Hunt in 2006, we wanted our visual identity to capture our personality and our innovative approach towards meeting our clients’ needs. At the same time, we wanted our new look to convey that although we are a modern, forward-thinking law firm, we continue to hold true to our values as trusted advisors and partners.
In the past decade since Gregg Latchams was formed, much has changed, including:
- Growing to approximately 80 employees across our Bristol and London offices, serving individuals, businesses and business owners both nationally and internationally
- Launching our Family Office, In-house Lawyer and NewCoBureau services, in response to client needs and competition within the legal services market
- Expanding the GL Family to provide a broader range of non-legal services to our clients
- Developing our international outlook through Rui Cheng, our Chinese arm, and forming strategic relationships with other firms around the world
- Converting to an LLP then to a limited company, in response to the changing business and regulatory environment in which we operate
- Investing in our IT infrastructure to become a ‘paperless’ office, in response to changing work habits and environmental concerns
One thing that has not changed is our firm commitment towards finding the best solutions for our clients using our legal, financial and business expertise. We continue to provide our advice in an approachable and plain speaking manner and long-term, mutually beneficial, human relationships remain at the core of what we do.
Over the next few weeks and months, you may notice a few more changes. We are in the process of refurbishing our client reception area and meeting rooms – installing new video-conferencing technology in the process. You will also see our new visual identity appear on letterhead paper, business cards, banners, brochures and other stationery.
We hope you agree that our new look strikes the right balance : smart, but not too corporate; clean, but not boring; rich in content, but not cluttered.
Rebecca Williams, Marketing & Client Relationship Manager, comments:
“A great deal of blood, sweat and tears have gone into developing this site and we’re delighted with the end result. It was our drive to create a responsive, accessible, approachable and engaging site, one that conveys our core values and USPs. We now have a website which truly reflects the Gregg Latchams personality and culture – thank you to everyone involved.”
We must thank the following businesses for their advice, creativity, hard work and patience in shaping and delivering our new website and visual identity:
The team at integrated marketing agency, Cognique, worked closely with us to design and develop a website which aims to make it easy for users to find the information they are looking for. We are delighted with the outcome and have been impressed by their ability to deliver a website which contains a vast amount of information and functionality without being overbearing or difficult to navigate.
Caroline and her team at PR and comms agency, OggaDoon, are the people to thank for the clearly written content across our website. From numerous service pages to staff profiles, OggaDoon spent a considerable amount of time getting to know our business and help us to find the right tone for our website.
Mango Design Consultants
The wonderful vector illustrations and iconography used throughout our website and branding materials were designed by Mango Design. We believe that they have done an excellent job of meeting our brief to design illustrations which portray us a professional, friendly, modern, approachable and fun firm to work with. The illustrations will be carried across all of our online and offline materials. The icons for our sectors and departments will allow us to personalise materials for specific groups of clients.
