New London office opened

16 March 2015 |

Gregg Latchams is very excited to have recently opened its first permanent London office. The new Mayfair office will enable the firm to give better service to its increasing London clientele.

The office is situated at 14 Manchester Square, just a few hundred yards from Oxford Street and Selfridges, and is only a short taxi ride or walk from Paddington Station. The building boasts in own blue plaque in memory of its most famous resident, Lord Alfred Milner, the late 19th and early 20th century statesman and colonial administrator who played an influential part in David Lloyd George’s First World War cabinet.

Managing director Richard Hill said:

“Whilst it has been helpful for us to have a presence in London through the Berkeley Square serviced offices, the growing amount of business in the capital and along the further end of the M4 corridor led us to the conclusion that a more permanent presence was necessary. It is an added bonus to find accommodation in such an historic and well-situated building.”

The permanent presence at the office will be commercial property specialist Simon Kenneally. However other members of the company will be visiting the office on a daily basis to service the needs of their clients.
