Clare is a Director and Head of Wills & Inheritance, based in the Bristol office. She has 25 years’experience in private client work and has been with GL Law for 19 years.
Clare acts for both individuals and professional referrers, advising on Wills, inheritance tax and wealth management. She specialises in drafting complex Wills, trusts, and lifetime and post-death inheritance tax planning. She has particular expertise in succession planning for family business owners.
Clare is a Society of Trust and Estates Practitioners (STEP) member with an advanced certificate in Family Business Advising. She has previously worked with Bennetts of Wrington, Lindley Johnson and Thursfields Solicitors.
