Nathania Hall is an Associate in the Private Client team, based in the Bristol office. She has over five years of experience in private client work.
Nathania has expertise in helping people plan for their future, including estate administration, drafting Wills and Powers of Attorney. These services also include advising and managing Deeds of Variation, Declarations of Trust, Deeds of Appointment and trust administration. She also has experience in estate administration where the deceased is domiciled abroad, but holds assets in the UK.
Having achieved the ACILEx, Nathania is now working towards qualification as a Legal Executive. She won CILEx Student of the Year 2017 & 2018 (Bristol, Bath & surrounding areas). Nathania is also due to start the process for becoming an accredited STEP member this year.
Nathania is known for her excellent client care skills and focusing on each client’s individual needs. She offers a balance of friendly and reassuring service alongside exceptional technical knowledge and the ability to ensure matters progress efficiently.
Examples of work Nathania specialises in:
- Acting for the Executors of an estate with significant assets, including a portfolio of certificated shares worth circa £10 million and some overseas holdings.
- Acting for a couple with significant assets. Advising them on LPAs, lifetime Inheritance Tax planning and the creation and administration of Discretionary Trusts.
- Acting for the Executors of an estate where the deceased was domiciled in another country but held assets within the UK. Obtaining an English Grant of Probate for the purpose of administering those assets.
- Acting for the Executors of estates where family relationships have broken down. Ensuring that the administration runs smoothly, sometimes working alongside colleagues within the Dispute Resolution team in order to achieve this.
