“We love working with Gregg Latchams. Their team work closely with us to overcome obstacles and to achieve a swift, smooth and successful transaction. The personal service you get from them is unique and refreshing.”

“The service received from Lesley Warren and Sally Stainton was better than expected. Having worked in financial services for 20 years I have found it increasingly difficult to find a really good firm for conveyancing; either to use myself or to recommend – however; both of the above named really bucked the trend. Sally was courteous, polite, thoroughly professional (all the things you would expect) but when my purchases hit a few snags mainly down to the other sides she was really tenacious and transparent in showing me the issues and dealing with them head on in a firm manner – would definitely recommend.”

“We just wanted to thank you for ALL your help on our 'journey'... we genuinely and sincerely think you've been fantastic - professional, efficient, ALWAYS responding to our queries by return and guiding us through the process with a lightness of touch (and a sense of humour!). We feel very fortunate to have had you 'on our side' - especially knowing how ridiculously frenetic the housing market in the south-west has been over recent months. We are so, so grateful - and we've never even met you!”
