How can we help?
Long-Term & Elderly Care Discovery Consultation
Whether you are looking for advice about paying for care, exploring care options, or looking to challenge a care decision, we understand that you need clear advice as swiftly as possible.
We offer a discovery consultation with one of our specialist care solicitors at a fixed cost of £450 +VAT (£540 incl VAT). This gives you the opportunity to explain your situation and concerns and find out what your options will be. We will offer initial advice at this meeting and set out the next steps available to you.
After the initial meeting you are free to choose the level of further legal assistance you require, based on your individual needs. We will discuss whether we need to undertake further work for you and whether this is available on a fixed fee or hourly rate basis. Either way, we will be clear on the fees involved so that you can make an informed decision. We will also send you a letter containing all of the information and advice from your discovery consultation.
If you would like to make an appointment or find out more about the initial discovery consultation please contact the team by calling 0117 906 9400 or email firstname.lastname@example.org
This arrangement may not be suitable for all matters, but we will confirm this when you make your appointment. Please note that we will not be able to read lengthy documents ahead of or during the meeting and only the advice given at the meeting is within the scope of the agreed fee. If your particular case requires additional research/consultation with another colleague, this will be considered as outside the agreed fee and we will charge for these additional legal services at our standard hourly rates – details of which can be provided on request.
